What kind of support do you want?

We do not offer additional author services such as author support and license keys. If you want support, you’ll have to buy it from the authors, but sometimes we can help you with how to activate the plugin. Alternatively, you can ask some helpful WordPress community forums. Not supporting is our way of offering products at a discounted price.

This contact form cannot be used to request new updates for WordPress themes and plugins. we usually check for product updates ourselves but you can request a product update from the product page.
