User Registration Field Visibility add-on allows user registration fields to be hidden in the frontend form or your account profile page as per your choice.

You can either show the field on the frontend form but hide it in the profile page or show the field in the profile page but hide it from the frontend form. This is specially useful in cases where you want the fields to be shown only during the registration but hide it once they are registered or vice versa.

The addon also allows you to make the field read only selectively on your frontend form or account profile page. If you don’t want your user to change the details once they fill the registration form, then you can make those fields read-only on the profile page.
